For time:
50 box jumps, 18-24-inch box
50 jumping pull-ups
50 kettlebell swings, 20-25 lbs
50 walking-lunge steps
50 knees-to-elbows
50 push presses, 20-45 lbs
50 supermans (or body surfers)
50 wall-ball shots, 10-14 lb ball
50 burpees
50 double-unders (sub: 200 singles)
