100-ft. walking lunge steps
50 double-unders (sub: 200 singles)

    Used 12 lb ball and did ball slams instead of wall balls.
    Outside and didn’t measure my 100 ft lunges
    Double unders for 2 rounds even if they were not continuous. Singles for 1st round.
    Hot and humid today!

    I hate jump roping. An recommendations for a jump rope for someone who is 5’2″. All the ones at the gym are so long and I think this is contributing to my dislike.

      I order mine on Ebay , is wire and you can adjust it, I am 4’11 and I love it!
