10 burpees over the bar
Max reps of power snatches, max load

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

Compare to 06.13.18

Post number of snatches completed each round to comments.

    So ..I hope I did this right ..started the timer , did the 10 burpees over the bar and continue with the power snatch for the remainder of the time

    I had to lower to burpees to 7 each round.

    I had no bar so just did burpees with kettle bell snatch 16kg switching arms each round.
