    So ..I hope I did this right ..started the timer , did the 10 burpees over the bar and continue with the power snatch for the remainder of the time

    I had to lower to burpees to 7 each round.

  3. I had no bar so just did burpees with kettle bell snatch 16kg switching arms each round.
