    30 seconds step ups 18inch box

    4 sets

    10 reps in and out jump squats
    10 reps good mornings #55 bar
    10 reps Smith machine hip thrusters #95
    10 reps front squats #55

    10 lunges
    10 jumping jacks
    10 knee push ups
    10 oblique sit ups on both sides
    10 squats

    5 sets

    Ran 1 mile
    Completed in 26 minutes (13 for sets and 13 for the mile)
