For time, using a single 10-20 lb dumbbell:
5 pull-ups
40 overhead lunges
5 pull-ups
30 snatches, alternating arms
5 pull-ups
20 overhead squats, 10 each arm
5 pull-ups
10 weighted butterfly sit-ups
5 pull-ups

    1. 12:32 10# dumbell for lunges, 15# for snatches, 20# for squats. I can’t do over head squats – I can’t squat down at all with weights over my head, so I just did weighted squats. Jumping pullups.
