I made it through 100 of the second set of SJR in 8 min, went ahead and finished the whole thing, plus 5 min dance warm up

    KTE ON FLOOR
    SJR
    40# CLEAN

  3. 20 kte on the floor, 200 singles, and 38lb squat cleans. Lacked 4 squat cleans to finish the set in under 8 minutes

  4. Not sure what I did, but made it through the 20 min!

  5. 30#
    KTE on floor
Needed 9 more Squats to finish the first set.

  6. Didn’t make it through the first 8 minutes in time. Missed it by 30 seconds.
    All double unders
    Toes to 90°
    65lb squat cleans (new PR)
