HERO WOD

Hang from a pull-up bar for 6 minutes
Each time you drop from the bar, stop the timer and perform:
800-m run
20 push-ups

    Man. I made it 1:45 on bar, about 15 min in and had to pause. Gonna call it lack of time and resources. Will have to come back to this one if I can get back to a pull-ups bar.

    I don’t have a bar (yet!) so did two rounds of the runs / push ups

  4. Well after about 50 minutes, 3 miles, and 100 push-ups, I surrendered. My longest hold was 50 seconds, and then about 10 seconds every attempt after that. I finally just held a 40lb barbell over my head a couple of times. This one is a doozy!
