10 butterfly sit-ups
15 push-ups
10 butterfly sit-ups
30 squats

    Knee push ups

    Modified push-ups.

    Deep jump squats for a little extra fire

  10. 4 rounds + 1 push-up
    Accidentally did 15 sit ups between other movements the entire time

  13. 5 rounds + 6 butterfly sit-ups. 60 of the squats were jump squats.
