10 butterfly sit-ups
15 push-ups
10 butterfly sit-ups
30 squats

    Boy push ups

    30 squats more than last year 🙂

    Did 3 rounds and up to 15 push-ups on 4 th round
    55# squats…. Felt like I was moving in slow motion

  3. 5 rounds plus 10 sit ups
    Finished round 6 after the timer

  4. Did yesterday's workout in 16:14 then today's.
    5 rounds plus 10 sit ups
