  9. 40 lb thrusters… I do not have the flexibility in my back to do dumb bell snatch….
    Also what is a boss push up. I just did them regular.

  11. I did a long cf style workout with the cross country kids today so I’m looking forward to doing this one on Saturday!

    1. 4:41. Somewhere around 8-10 push-ups during the first set were on my knees.
