Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes perform:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

If you fall behind the clock, keep going for 30 minutes and see how many rounds you can complete.

    Had one min left, and my 2 year old wanted to exercise with me, so we ran and did squats and jumping jacks together. Did the wod outside while my kids played so I had to modify the pull ups to use the swing set
