    50 total of each 6lb ball
    1 day at a time.

  2. 12:32- I only did the following:
    100m walking lunges
    100 donkey kicks
    50 med ball cleans
    50 squats

    I rode my bike to and from work today for a total of 17.5 miles before the WOD. Needless to say my legs are jello. ?

  3. 20:40. 25# dumbbell.
