Use a single, heavy dumbbell and alternate arms each rep.

First 2 rounds I was able to do 21 bfsu. 2 rounds 15. 1 round 10.
15lb kettle bell

I did not alternate arms….I did no th arms each arm.

First Day! 7 rounds and 10. 20lb weights.

20lb dumbbell- did 7 in a row each arm because it was awkward to switch.
