Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
21 Butterfly sit-ups
14 single-arm dumbbell push jerks

Use a single, heavy dumbbell and alternate arms each rep.

Compare to 04.06.18

Post rounds completed and dumbbell weight to comments.

    Subbed 30 sec plank for sit ups (pregnant 😉

    20 lb weight for push press

  2. First 2 rounds I was able to do 21 bfsu. 2 rounds 15. 1 round 10.
    15lb kettle bell
    5 rounds

    1. I did not alternate arms….I did no th arms each arm.

  3. First Day! 7 rounds and 10. 20lb weights.

  4. 9 rounds
    20lb dumbbell- did 7 in a row each arm because it was awkward to switch.
