5 dumbbell hang squat snatches, right arm, 25 lbs
5 dumbbell thrusters, 20 lbs
200-m run

    Only had 10lb dumbbells (20’s are in the mail)
    HSS- 10lbs
    Thrusters- 45lb bar

    Kind of glad I only had 10’s because it is very difficult for me to squat with overheads with a fused spine. I can’t arch to stabilize.

    Did 10 squat thrusters instead of HSS. First 2 rounds 15lb dumbbells. 5.0 run spped.
    Did not want to workout today but made myself.

  3. 16:21 10# has and 20# thrusters.
