30 double-unders
4 squat snatches
30 double-unders
3 squat snatches
30 double-unders
2 squat snatches

Add weight to the snatch each round so that by the last round, you are at your max weight.

    I had access to 3, 5 &10 lb dumbbells
    So 3, 5, 10, 10
