200 Butterfly sit-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run.

  2. 57:43 I did the push ups sit ups and squats so I could rx. Glad that is over

  3. 47:43. Woah. Did sets of 10 gpu, 20 band crunches + heel slides (diastasis), and 30 squats. Fist mile was 10 minutes. Second was 12 🙂
