Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
9 handstand push-ups
6 burpees
3 snatches, 45-55 lbs

    Push ups with feet on bench
    Snatch with 1 arm, 3 reps per side 25lb

  2. 4 rounds with push ups against the wall, 18 jumping jacks, and 3 squats with 58lbs. Still keeping the weight off my elbows.

  3. 2 rounds and up to 3 burpees of the next round. Only had 20# KB

  4. 4 rounds with wall-assisted push-ups

    Push ups off of deck.
    Unweighted bar. These are tricky. I don’t have the rom in my shoulders. Need to work on that.

  6. 2 rounds. My arms are still destroyed from yesterday.

  8. 3 rounds +3 bench push-ups finishes 4th round with 1:05
    95 lbs snatch
