Wall-ball shots, 10-15 lb ball, 10 ft target
Run x 10m (500m, 400m, 300m, etc.)
Butterfly sit-ups

    I did the 50-40 rounds. Sub Romanian twist for bfsu. Ow. 20min almost exactly. My 40 round took as long as my 50 round!

    May have pushed my back a bit too far this week already and it’s only Tuesday. I’m just so sick of being not able.
