Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 pull-ups
10 sumo deadlift high pulls, 24-45 lbs

    60lb lat pull downs instead of pull ups
    30lb sdhp

  2. 9 rounds with lat pull downs with a resistance band for pull ups and 20lb high pulls

  4. I lost count but I think 6 rounds?
    15 lb dumbbells and I used the assisted pull-up machine at the gym.

    First ever 10 strict pull-ups in a row; assisted after that ? Happy for progress!
