Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
3 thrusters, 45 lbs
3 chest-to-bar pull-ups
6 thrusters
6 chest-to-bar pull-ups
9 thrusters
9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
12 thrusters
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
15 thrusters
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
18 thrusters
18 chest-to-bar pull-ups

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.

  1. I only had 10# weights, so I doubled the thrusters (6 for first round, 12 for next, etc) Got to round of 15 and the timer went off in the middle of 30 thrusters. Chin to bar jumping pull ups

  2. Got through 15, then 14 reps into 18 with 30lbs and lat pulls downs with a resistance band.

  3. 14 1/2, 75lb thrusters.

    40# thrusters
    55# last pull down
