100 wall-ball shots, 10-14 lb ball
20 pull-ups

    No ball, so I just did the movement without throwing it with 20lb weight
    70lb lat pull downs instead of pull ups

  2. 22 minutes with 20lb kettlebell swings and lat pull downs with a resistance band

  3. 21 min.
    I split it up into 5 rounds. That was the only way I could do all unassisted pull-ups.
