Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 snatches, 30-45 lbs
5 jumping pull-ups
5 knee push-ups

    I vote to count weekdays, end May 4th

    25lb per side, one side at a time
    60lb lat pull downs instead of pull ups
    Regular push ups

    65# snatch

  5. 20 rounds + 5 snatches

    35lbs snatches

    went light so I could make it a cardio based WOD.
    Sucking wind over here lol.

  6. 11 rounds with 15lb snatches on each arm, 10 lat pull downs each round with a band, and knee push ups
