Drop Your Excuses To The Floor

Monday 01.29.18

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
15 push-ups
20 single-leg squats, alternating

*After every 3 rounds, run 400 meters

    3 rounds plus 2 push ups. I sucked this workout up. I don’t have a good bar for chest to bar so I just did reg kipping pull ups.
