    Used a chair to help with my pull-ups.

  3. My timer restarted sometime after my workout so I don’t know the exact time but I am estimating 15 minutes.
    Did the full version
    Band assist pull-ups
    75# clean jerk

    Pull-ups hurt! Still sore from last week!
