Tuesday 12.26.17

So…..a few of you might have noticed that I had a bit of a posting sebatical last week. 

I was offline in Costa Rica with my hubby from the 6th-18th to celebrate our 17 year anniversary so I had all those WODs preloaded

….but then I got back to Cali and the Christmas hustle hit me HARD!

I hope all of you had the most magical, family filled, joyous Christmas ever!

…..now let’s get back to work! 😉

On a 12-minute clock, 4 rounds of:
1 minute of 20 lb kettlebell snatches
1 minute of butterfly sit-ups
1 minute of jumping lunges

Post reps completed for each exercise to comments.
