Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
9 deadlifts, 60 lbs
8 pull-ups
9 squat cleans, 20-45 lbs

  1. 10 full rounds
    60# deadlifts
    Assisted pull-ups
    26# squat cleans

  2. 7 rounds
    80lb deadlifts
    50lb squat cleans
    Push ups instead of pull ups (was going to do late pull downs, but the machine was broken)

    Getting back into the WODs and eating clean again, and I’m feeling amazing.

  3. 8 full rounds plus DL, PU and 8 SC. Finished last SC after timer.
    40# DL
    Blue land PU until 6th round, band broke, did reverse PU after.
    30# SC
