Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
50-ft. bear crawl
15 burpees
30 single-leg squats, alternating

  1. Did 5 full rounds plus 50 ft bear crawl.
    Did burpees into push-up and did squats with a heavy band….knee injury does not allow for single squats.

    I’m tired …..good one!

    2 full rounds + 15 burpees. Those SLS were KILLER and made me SUPER slow.

    Did 3 tabata rounds of side arm raises, shrugs and tricep lifts.
