Tabata back squats, 45-65 lb.
Rest 1 minute
Tabata butterfly sit-ups
Rest 1 minute
Tabata donkey kicks
Rest 1 minute
Tabata jump lunges

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.

    DK- 122 (alternated each round)
    JL- 187 (counted individual)

    Sit-ups 60 reps
    Donkey kicks over bench 104 reps
    Jump lunges 116 reps

    Donkey kicks: 98 (half burpees subbed)
    Jumping lunges: 53 (this is a weakness and I’m proud of myself!)
