400-meter run
15 bench dips
10 Turkish get-ups, 20-lb. dumbbell

  1. 4 complete rounds plus 50-75 m of fifth run, finished run after timer.
    Outside workout
    Subbed push ups for dips

    Subbed run for an all out static sprint for 1 min
    20 lb dumb bell on first round of get ups, went down to 15 and had more control.

  3. 4 full rounds plus 200 meter run.
    Need to work on my Turkish get up form!
