Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
15 sumo deadlift high-pulls, 20-25 lbs
20 donkey kicks

  1. 5 rounds plus 15 SDLHP and 8 DK. Finished round after timer.
    30# SDLHP

  2. 5 rounds- finished last round while timer was going off.

    1. Oh and only used 10lb weight

    5 rounds with a 25# kettlebell. Donkey kicks were single leg at a time, didn’t have a non house wall to use.

  5. 3 complete rounds and 10 donkey kicks (which are brutal) of the 4th. 20lbs.
