60-yard shuttle sprint (5-10-15 yards)

    So….I didn’t work out last week. Up to my neck in Halloween costume creating.
    I just used my 7 year old son as a backpack for the lunges….he weighs 57 lbs. This is going to hurt tomorrow. ?
