10 donkey kicks, alternating
15 push-ups
20 single-leg squats, alternating

  1. 7 rounds plus 5 donkey kicks

  2. 8 rounds
    Single leg squats onto chair

  3. Wow…this was harder than I thought it would be! Modified pushups (on knees) -couldn’t go down all the way because my left wrist is so weak. I fell and broke it in 3 places in May…had surgery to repair. Modified squats – 2 legs, not 1
    5 rounds, plus full round of donkey kicks

  4. Through third push-up of 5th round. Pu against couch for diastasis, sl squats holding on to wall and as close to horizontal as I could do.
