    SO happy to say I was running in 1:30 increments. I am a NOT a runner, but this is my best ever. I’m also running on my treadmill at 4.0 speed, which is the fastest I’ve ever done…3.6 was my old speed. Crazy what losing 30 pounds will do for your workout. 😉
