50 single leg hip raises, alternating every 5
20 booty blasters, each leg
40 single leg hip raises
15 booty blasters, each leg
30 single leg hip raises
10 booty blasters, each leg
20 single leg hip raises
5 booty blasters, each leg
10 single leg hip raises

BOOTY BLASTER: 1. plank position 2. tap your left leg out to the side and then over the top of your right leg like a rainbow = 1 rep
