For time:
50 jumping alternating lunges, 50 steps
50 pull-ups, assist as needed
50 push presses, 20-45 lbs.
50 hip raises with 45 lb plate
50 burpees

    Assisted pull-ups
    10# DB push press
    25# plate (first time doing these so I wanted to be safe not sorry)
    20 burpees followed by 30 mountain climbers

    Pull-ups with band assist 25/25
    All other sets as RXed

  3. 24:56, had to split it into sets of ten because I knew the lunges and burpees would kill me. 20# push press, 25# hip raises, jumping pullups. Full burpees and jump lunges.
