30 squats
20 push-ups
10 deadlifts, 60-90 lbs.

  1. 6 rounds
    First and last set of squats with 30 lb. weight.
    Girl push-ups
    60 lb. deadlifts

    (On vacation in florida, and the gym here has me convinced that I need an at-home gym!)

  2. 4 rounds plus squats and push-ups (almost 5!)
    Knee down push-ups
