Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
50 double-unders (sub: 200 singles)
10 overhead squats, 20-30 lb.

    Jump rope was my husbands and very long!

    Did additional WOD from 4-4-17

    Single jump ropes
    20 lbs overhead
