    — 15# first two rounds, 10# last five rounds

  3. 17:21. Subbed 4-second side planks for kte (diastasis), and thrusters instead of wall balls. Rest as rs. I first started these workouts on 7/10/2014!! Did that for about a year, then got pregnant with twins. Got back into this now that they’re one!!
