    I have Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia, but with diet changes I have been able to work out for the past 2 years. I was so proud of myself thinking I was in pretty good shape, and decided to try today’s workout to find out I am a big wimp! (but not for long).
    I had to modify the hand stand push ups, the L sits are HARD! and did hip raises with 25 lbs.
    I took my time but will keep improving.
