Tabata squats holding a 25-lb. plate or weight
Weighted dip 3-3-3-3 repsĀ 

  • Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 secs of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
  • For 3-3-3-3 = do a bench dip with your max weight on your lap- 3 reps. Do that 4 times.

    13 lb dips (I’m out of town and only have my 13 lb kettlebell)

  3. 20 lb. squats
    12/13/13/13/13/13/12/13
    I did tabata dips (only some with a 10 lb. weight)
    17/18/20/13/15/16/14/14

  4. Tabata: 9, 8, 10, 13, 12, 10, 11, 13 = 86
    Never done dips with weight before, so did 25# all.
