Do It For The Dads

In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:
1 minute of double-unders
1 minute of 10-20-lb. dumbbell snatches
2 minutes of double-unders
2 minutes of 10-20-lb. dumbbell snatches
3 minutes of double-unders
3 minutes of 10-20-lb. dumbbell snatches

Post reps for each set to comments.

    Snatch: 20# KB single arm
    Alternated after every 5 reps

  3. Didn’t have my rope, so jumped in place. 67 du, 268 sjr, (the third round switched each minute) 122 sjr, 88 du, 123 sjr

    Know snatches, 13 lb: 21, 50, 79

  4. 4 minutes single jumps – 400
    1 minute DB snatch (10 lbs.) – 14 per arm
    8 minutes single jumps – 800
    2 minutes DB snatch – 30 per arm
    6 minutes single jumps (because I ran out of time and had to take kids to swim lessons – should have been 12 minutes) – 600
    3 minutes DB snatch – 45 per arm

  5. Didn’t count rep at all, was pouring rain out and was just trying to see. Got in three double unders in between the singles!! And also whipped my behind quite a few times :/
