Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 pull-ups, assist as needed
10 bench dips
15 front squats, 45-80 lbs

  1. 17 rounds
    Standing pull-ups
    20 lb. squats

  2. 10 + pull ups. Chair assisted pull ups. Straight leg dips for first 5, bent leg for last five. 20# dummbell squats.

  3. 8 rounds, jumping pullups. First two sets 45# squats, last six 30#.
