8 pull-ups, assist as needed
12 butterfly sit-ups

    Handstand push-ups are getting deeper! Feet barely resting on wall.

    Push ups: Red & purple band assist. First wod with this method and it’s awesome!
    Pull ups: Red, blk + new purple band assist. First time I’ve gotten full range pull ups. My arms held out for about half strict pull ups each round before I went to butterfly pull ups.

    I wonder if I’ll be able to play violin for the next three days. :/

    Only did 6 rounds and blaming it on Aunt Flo’s first day visiting and a headache.
