    Are you guys gonna do these kicks in sets or are we supposed to max out one side and then the other or what? Not sure if it matters, but I was wondering what your plans are….

    So I’m not sure if these were suposed to be max sequential reps or what. I broke into groups of 50.

    600 kicks each leg. 1200 total. My arms gave out before my legs, glutes and back did. I feel like I could do more if I had new arms. Sweat everywhere. Puddling under me, in my eyes….

    I forgot to stop my timer. 30 or 31 minutes.

      The mile time was approx 9 minutes of the 30.

  3. 8:15 for the mile, 800 donkey kicks, 400 per leg

  4. 7:03 mile
    200 DK (10 per leg sets)

  5. 10-minute mile, then 320 DK, 160 each side in sets of 20

  6. 8:30 mile outside. (800 m loop I use)
    77 donkey kicks

  7. Did double leg donkey kicks.
