Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
Run 300 meters
30-second handstand hold, assist as needed
30 butterfly sit-ups

  1. 4 rds in 12:52
    Feet against wall for hold
    Inclined sit ups w/ 20#

  2. 4 rounds
    Feet barely touching the wall on hand stands.
    Finished with 4 more 300 meter sprints.

  3. 3 rounds + 300m
    Twisting BFSU with 10 lb weight ball

  4. 3 rounds + running. Handstand push-ups ups from tiptoes for 30 sec for each, 1 min plank instead of bf push-ups for each.
