Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 dumbbell squat cleans, 20-40 lbs total
15 pull-ups, assist as needed
20 box jumps, 18 in box

    Red & black bands. After 3 months of 5/wk WODs I am finally getting a little movement on pull-ups. Like maybe 4″ with kipping/butterfly-ish form.

    I feel awful.

    Felt super slow today. Especially on the pull ups

    #30lb squat cleans (2 -15# db)
    Purple band, pull-ups in sets of 3 with rest between (last five were sets of 1)
