20 deficit handstand push-ups, 4-in. deficit
30 front squats, 30-45 lbs.

    HSPU on 21″ barstool w/ pu bars
    (15 on first rd, 12 on 2nd, did remaining w/o bars….did a WOD before w/ 147 Shoulder press, so my arms were giving out)
    55# squat
