For time:
100 dumbbell snatches, 20-30 lbs
800 meter run
60 bar-facing burpees
40 pull-ups (assist as needed)

    10# db – 20# total for double arm snatches – 100 total
    3.8 walk speed woth 5.0 incline
    I could do 30 burpees
    Pull-ups on TRX bands.

    So these are one arm dumbbell snatches? With a 20# dumbbell? Am I supposed to do 50 each arm then? Sorry, but I am a classic reads-too-much-into-it person. I really need it spelled out or I start finding “options.”

      Ha ha! I love it. Yes, one arm with a 20-30 lb dumbbell. It will be 50 each arm partitioned however you like.

    20# one arm dumbbell snatches, 50 ea arm
    Pull ups (and I use the term loosely) with red and black bands on rings.

    On 25 of them I started from bench with a little hop. Got all the way up, which is progress! For 10 I did the bottom part of the pull up (fully extended and pulling up as far as I could muster). For 5 started from the bench, stepped off and did a controlled lower.

      Oh snap. Just remembered that my stopwatch wasn’t running for the first 50 snatches. They went pretty quick and easy so add maybe 2:30 or 3:00. The last 50 were much tougher, which surprised me considering how fast the first 50 went.

    Short on time and just starting back up so a few modifications:
    10# dumbbell
    Imaginary bar, plank-only burpees
    Half pull-ups w/ purple band and little jump

  7. 22:30
    20# DB snatch
    Outside run
    Broke burpees and pull ups into two sets.
    Blue band assisted pull ups

  8. 34:12. I had to do almost everything in sets just to breathe. 10 burpees and 6 jumping pullups, but completed everything!
