Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
8  handstand push-ups (scale as needed)
15 knees to elbows

    2 rounds I did feet up on arm of treadmill push ups but it soon became clear that wasn’t sustainable. I moved to doing them with my knees on my bench.

    Knees to elbows were definitely not happening. I was able to do three individual knees to elbows but after that changed to mountain climbers.

    Harder than it sounded!!!!

  5. GPU- after 1st rd of BPU
    KNE on floor
    9 rounds

  6. 7 rounds with knees on box for HSPU
    Toes to 90° for KTE

    Then my shoulder started hurting so I finished the time with 6 rounds of deficit leg lifts and GDH sit-ups.
