Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
55 deadlifts, 60-90 lbs
55 wall-ball shots, 10 lb ball, 10 ft target
55 meter sprint
55 handstand push-ups, scale as needed

    1 full round plus 25 dl & 25 wb
    30lb kb for 60lb total
    8lb ball for wb

    60lb DL
    row 30 cal in 13 mins instead of run
    (Wanted to finish workout, row 55 cal total and HSPU)
    Finished 20:05 mins

  3. 1 round + 35 DL
    Kept it in full sets of 55
    90# DL
    12# WB
    Subbed 5 burpees for sprint
    HSPU on 18″ barstool

  4. 1 round plus 40 DL
    70# DL (my grip strength slowed me down)
    20# wall ball
    HSPU legs on bed

  5. 1 round plus 15 dead lift

    60lb DL
    10lb squats
    55 jumping jacks sub for sprints
    Girl push-ups

  6. 1 round took 15 minutes.

    45# deadlifts
    16# wall ball 8′
    5 burpees
    55 modified hpu
